Welcome to the Iowa Air Emission Assistance Program's Minor Source Emission Inventory (MSEI) assistance website. This website was developed to assist Iowa small businesses in completing the Iowa Department of Natural Resources' MSEI. This website provides assistance tools and resources for businesses to use as they complete their MSEI. To have access to this website we ask that you first register your user information.

Iowa small businesses with less than 100 employees that have questions while completing the MSEI may direct them to the Iowa Air Emissions Assistance Program through this website or by calling 1-800-422-3109.
